Mitchell is an actor, director, writer and teacher. He trained as an actor in the Young and Wild class of 2019. He has acted in Kwa Geok Choo by Toy Factory, Nine Years Theatre's Between You and Me, Drama Box's With Time, inArts's Exile or Pursuit, Toy Factory's GRIND, and others. His directorial work includes Permanence by Toy Factory, 1000 Millennials Crying for the M1 Fringe, and Long Weekend for the Twenty-Something Festival. Mitchell has also directed secondary school drama clubs in the Singapore Youth Festival. His writing credits include Homepar and The Trouble With Paradise under The Necessary Stage's playwriting programmes.
