Synopsis

Macbeth is Scoalan’s most loyal warrior. After securing victory for his king in battle, a fateful encounter with three mysterious witches predicts that he will become Thane of Cawdor, and in turn King of Scoalan.

Immediately, Macbeth receives honours for his bravery and a promotion to Thane of Cawdor. The witches’ prophecy awakens his ambition and Macbeth begins to thirst for the crown. Spurred on by his wife, Lady Macbeth, he murders the king and takes the throne for himself.

But power comes at a price. As power corrupts, paranoia grows, and Macbeth takes control of his own destiny. When his world begins to crumble, guilt, madness and bloodshed spiral out of control.
