Synopsis

Michael Christofer's The Shadow Box won the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award for Best Play in 1977. It is a landmark play, extremely powerful and moving, about three families facing the inevitability of the death of a loved one. Whilst the subject matter details with death, the play is also at times very funny, enhancing the ultimate message of the play — the grab on to life and live it with all your might — 'Carpe Diem'. This is the second major production to be performed by the level 3 students — it is also the Singapore premiere of this wonderful play.
