Directed by Oliver Chong, and starring Li Xie, Liu Xiaoyi, Alvin Chiam and Jo Kwek, Citizen Dog infuses an urban twist into the classic Liaozhai, which will make your heart ache even as it soars, and lift even as it sinks.
