TO BEGIN AGAIN is about body image. It is about our functional/dysfunctional relationship with our bodies and the lengths we take that defy the laws of nature, in the name of perfection. We follow Alice and Celia who are trying to find a way to leave a cave they’ve been in for years. As they make their way through the cave, they meet peculiar creatures that push Alice to unravel the truth of the cave, testing her resolution to leave it, and her conviction to stay with Celia. Devised and performed by an all-female ensemble, TO BEGIN AGAIN questions: how do we shed a part of ourselves, without losing ourselves?
